The app also tracks users' expenses, contracts, insurance policies, and subscriptions, ensuring they stay on top of their financial commitments.

User Research, Personas & User needs
Our user research began with surveys distributed to potential users, followed by in-depth on-site interviews with a representative sample from the target group identified through these surveys.
This comprehensive approach allowed us to develop three detailed Personas that accurately represent our target audience, ensuring that our design solutions are closely aligned with user needs and preferences.
Wireframes & User flows
Quick sketching and wireframing were essential steps in laying out the app’s content and functionality. In collaboration with Product Owners, Designers, and Engineers, we mapped user journeys and considered user needs and behaviors.
This collaborative approach allowed us to anticipate potential pain points and design an intuitive, streamlined user flow. Engaging all stakeholders throughout this process ensured that the final design met user expectations and delivered a seamless, efficient experience.
Design System
During the design process, we developed a comprehensive Design System that served as a single source of truth. This system consolidated all design elements, ensuring consistency across the app and streamlining collaboration among teams. By working closely with Frontend engineers, we ensured that the Design System not only guided the design and development phases but also facilitated the seamless implementation of UI components. This collaborative effort helped maintain design integrity and enhanced the efficiency of both design and development processes.
UI Design & Implementation
High-fidelity mockups were essential for user testing and implementation. They provided a realistic and detailed representation of the final product, enabling accurate user feedback and the identification of usability issues.
During implementation, these mockups served as a precise blueprint for developers, ensuring that the design was faithfully executed and reducing discrepancies between the envisioned and final product. This clarity enhanced both the testing process and the development phase, leading to a more effective and user-centered outcome.
